Day 1 : Virtual Meetings and Telephoning

Lessons focused on virtual spaces as the basis of modern interactions in the globalized world. Students will learn how to communicate in virtual meetings, solve a technical problem, and end a meeting in a professional manner. Students will be able to make a phone call and effectively manage the situation.

Day 2 : Business Emails and Other Documents

Lessons focused on effective writing of emails in the work environment according to best practices. Students will learn to structure email, express ideas, and will master the most common phrases used in writing emails. The lessons also include writing the most common documents, such as a report, offer or complaint.
